Suicide Dream is an innovative melodic metal band from the CT/MA area with a broad appeal. The band blends styles as diverse as goth, thrash, doom, speed, ambient, progressive, and power metal with their own innovations, creating a completely new and original approach best described as dark melodic metal.
A touring staple in the Northeast US and beyond for almost a decade, the band has both headlined in multiple states and supported nationals across several different states, as far out as Indiana and Maine. National acts Suicide Dream has performed with include Type O Negative, Moonspell, Mastodon, Entombed, Overkill, Crowbar, LA Guns, Exodus, Doro Pesche, George Lynch, Bret Michaels, Krokus, WASP, and many more. The band has headlined over a hundred shows in Massachussetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and beyond, including headlining The Connecticut Metalfest on five consecutive occasions, and nearly every show the band has played since 2004 without a national has featured them as the headliner.
Venues that the band has performed at in the past include The Webster Theatre (Hartford, CT), L'Amour (Brooklyn, NY), The Middle East (Boston, MA), The Atrium (Worcester, MA), The Roxy (Norwalk, CT), Northern Lights Live (Clifton Park, NY), The Outdoor Pavilion (Windham, CT), and The Richard Riehle Center (Lafayette, IN). Dream is currently recording its first full length release, slated for late this fall, and the band is currently reviewing all legitimate business offers pertaining to legal
representation, recording contracts, and management.
